Welcome to Cliving. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
We accept major payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.

While we strive for accuracy, product images, descriptions, and colors may vary slightly from actual items due to screen and lighting differences.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation.
Custom-made products (such as bespoke kitchens) cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

All Cliving kitchens come with a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Appliance warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Cliving is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

These terms are governed by German law, and disputes will be handled by courts located in Germany.
